Social bowling

The Dunn Lewis Centre tenpin bowling alley have 10 lanes of fun and friendly competition.

We are open 7 days a week from 9am till late.

Tenpin bowling is a unique activity that everyone can enjoy from 3 to 103 years old and any ability.

All lanes have electronic scoring and have bumper bowling which can be applied to individuals, it is not necessary for everyone. No need to have your own equipment we supply the balls and shoes. Socks must be worn. Bring your own socks or purchase socks at reception.

Our community complex includes a café with great range of food and drinks. We also have amusement machines, shell and gemstone displays.

Fun Functions

Make your next group function special.

Our Fun Functions are perfect for Office Parties, Social group Parties, Church Groups and Sports ‘End of Season’ Parties.

If you’re the organiser for your group, just call us and we’ll help you arrange your event including the games of bowling, the food and the beverages. If you want, you can even theme your party, e.g. Rock ‘n Bowl, Family Fun Session or even a Team Challenge with trophies for the winners!

People of all ages can bowl, from kids through to seniors. Previous experience is not required. Everyone in your group will soon be bowling over the pins while our automatic computer scoring keeps track of who’s winning the game!

We supply the balls and shoes, we have our own sound and lighting systems and a cafe with great food – all you need to bring is a pair of socks! Bowling is great value entertainment!

Disability Bowling

Did you know that every week, right across Australia, hundreds of children, teens and adults who have a disability enjoy bowling at their local tenpin bowling centre as a sport? A fun activity and a great social outing.

If you have a disability, we understand that you have special needs and we’ll do everything we can to ensure your bowling at our centre is a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We have wheelchair access to the lanes and toilets, special ball ramps, plus light weight bowling balls. Disabled car parking is also available.

School Groups

Tenpin bowling can be played and enjoyed by children of all ages, physical stature and skill levels. Learning to bowl as part of a school sports’ program can be the start of a life-time of recreational fun and fitness.

Bowling is one of the easiest sports to learn, within minutes, students will be knocking down pins while our computerised scoring system keeps track of the scores!

Because bowling is an indoor sport, school bowling sessions are never ‘washed out’ by rain or poor weather. During the hotter months, both students and teachers appreciate bowling indoors and out of the sun.

All equipment, (balls and shoes), are provided and all students need is a pair of socks and they are ready to bowl. Our staff always maintain a safe and orderly environment during school bowling sessions.

Great fun bowling activity for the end of year reward. Ask our staff for further information on food, craft or team building activities that we can offer your school. 

Childrens Parties

Our Staff take all the stress out of planning a special party for your child.

Children will enjoy 2 hours of bowling fun and food.
